I want to know the procedure for change of Surname in PAN Card after marriage for Ladies.

Hi Amit,
Make an application through PAN Correction form along with copy of self attested PAN Card and self attested copy of any one ID Proof (with changed surname) i.e. marriage certificate, pass port, driving license etc.
