The eForm is required to be certified if check box 3 is selected in declaration except filing by OPC, by a chartered accountant (in whole-time practice) or cost accountant (in whole-time practice) or company secretary (in whole-time practice) by digitally signing the eForm.. SO FOR SMALL COMPANY, THERE IS NO EXCEMPTION

Thanks Dyuthi, What happens if the check box is not selected by a small company, when check form is done it accepts or throws an error...

There is an exemption granted to small companies also. This was done by amendment of rules on in April 2014. I just found it thanks for helping me.

As per page 7 of instruction kit of eForm INC-2, "In case address of correspondance is not the address of the registered office of the Compny, user is required to file INC-22 within 30 days of incorporation." Does it mean that if address is same, 1) eForm INC-22 is not required to be filed or 2) it mean that it can be filed even after 30 days? Please explain & guide.
