We have a client who has a registered office in Wapi and filing his income tax return in wapi.Now he wants to file his return in mumbai without changing the address of his registered office.Is it possible?

I think it is requred to change the address of register office because for filling of IT return there must require the PAN no. and which is register in Wapi .so the company will change the address.
Sorry but i dont know where is Wapi?? Please tell me the state and country.
