Change of Registered office

Dear Md. Dalal,

1st thing, Companies r reqd to file their ITR online.. if the file thier ITR without digital signature, then they hv to file hardcopy of acknowledgement to the prescibed circle in which regd office of the company is situated..

So the company cannot file ITR in any other city or state where regd office of the company is not situated..
