15 January 2009what is the procedure to change one of the promotional directo who is having 10 shareholding in a privte limited company. we also want to change these 10% share capital. what are the complete formalities. If any one is having concerned resolutions, please help.

Do you want to remove the him from the office of director or expel him from membership..
