The existing PAN (Permanent Account Number) of ABC Pvt ltd.has been issued by Income Tax Department in 2006 under incorrect status of a Partnership Firm, whereas the status of ABC LTD is of the Private Limited Company.and since 2006 from the date of incorporation all the transaction done through this PAN no(like Tax deposit, ITR filing etc.)
Now we have got issued the New PAN no under correct status of Private Limited Company and filed the current year ITR through this new PAN.Now my question is
1) how to shift or transfer old data linked to old PAN to new PAN
2) should I apply for new TAN or updated the new PAN to the existing TAN
