what are the procedure involved for the change of the main object clause.
whether ROC allows inclusion of objects which are hitherto not the core objects of the co. i.e. can we add new line of business clause?
Additon of few words in the main object clause will be termed amendment or change? Similarely addition of new clause under main object clause will be termed amnendment or change?
