Change of Name of LLP in TAN Application

Hi,

we have change of name of LLP in PAN and GST, before that we are also changed the address.

So now we are  applied for Change of Name in TAN, We got email Saying that " Please note change in address has resulted into change in RCC which is not allowed "" 

What should we do on this and How ??

Pls Help
