i am not sure this is correct but any way,
i think
first you should make a note in any of the Newspapers about the change in Name.
Then you should duly file the Photocopy of that Note with the competant authority of the Court in the specified Form
Analysis of 20 GST Notices (including 2 Appeals) and Practise on Drafting(with recording)
