Change of Income Tax Wars

please anyone can suggest me what is the procedure to change the Income Tax Ward ?

I am a resident of Odisha but my IT ward shows it Dhanbad instead of Bhubaneswar.

How can I change it from Dhanbad to Bhubaneswar ?
