Change of examination centre for ca final

Hiii I opted for exam centre for may 13 final examination now I want to change it to other city(due to some health problem) with in same region ie. In CENTRAL region.....I knew that guidlines for filling exam form restricts it but Is there any other way to get such permission for changing exam centre..... plz help friends....its very urgent..
