I have filled Form 18 and got it digitally signed by a practicing CA. In the "prescrutiny" it passes. But when I upload it the MCA website returns with following error:
"Signature validation failed for Signature field for Practicing professional. The person is not authorized to sign on this field."
Is there a way to physically submit form? Where to do that in Delhi? My company is in Delhi and we have to change address within Delhi.

In your circumstances, the case may be that the membership no. of the CA may not be corrcet or his signature may not be registered on the site which you can confirm from him.

Kindly register the signaure of CA on MCA site and check all the particulars filled in the form and try again.

Do rolecheck or say to ur CA for role checking of his/her signature on MCA website.
Then u can upload the form and no u can not file form physically.

Please ensure the roll check of the signature of CA.
If signature have already been registered. Then ensure that all the signature of the Director / Secretary is correct and DIN no is properly filled.
And download fresh form from and then fill it after every time you make corrections in the form please try to save the form by SAVE AS.
Then file it, i am sure there would be no problem.
