I have a query regarding Service Tax

I have a propreitary firm into management consulting. I have a Service Tax registration but due to low income (less than 8 lacs annually), I haven't filed taxes.

Now my question is two fold:

1) I have just shifted to a new premise, so how do I get the change of address? Should I surrender my current registration and apply for a new one. Also, the locality is same(just different block though as far as I know it falls under the same jurisdiction)

2) I have bagged a big project and my income from this quarter will be more than 10 Lacs INR.

So what's is the procedure to change the address and if it's ok to keep the current one(if it falls under the same jurisdiction)

Also, If the only way is to surrender and then apply for a new one for the change of address, what documents I would need to surrender the current registration and do I need to fill any specific forms.

GO TO YOUR DIVISION OFFICE WITH A DULLY FILED ST_1 FORM, AND RETURN YOUR COPY OF ST_2 FORM. WRITE YOUR NEW ADDRESS. GIVE THE VALID DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR NEW PREMISSES, AS TRADE LICENCE, HOUSE RENT, BANK MODIFIED ADDRESS

YOUR ADDRESS WILL BE CHANGED TO NEW ADDRESS BY ST AUTHORITY

IF YOU HAVE NOT CHANGED YOUR TRADE LICENCE IN NEW ADDRESS IT IS BETTER TO ACT FROM OLD ADDRESS TILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR NEW TRADE LICENCE.
