Dear experts, when fill rectification itr, can change ITR form same Income example original itr fill itr3 income 300000/- and rectification itr, change ITR form itr4 same Income 300000/- PLEASE SUGGEST.

Yes, if you do not change the mode of declaration of the income.

Otherwise file revised return u/s. 139(5) of IT act.

Selection of itr forms is a criteria to firm the basis of return .
if you select the correct return it is a correct reflection of your return.
