the company wants to change its registered office within the city,
the comapny has taken noc from owner and has postpaid telephone bills in its name , however does not have any rent/lease deed
can the registered office of the company be changed???
plz help URGENT
Please find attached herewith a Note to ROC. Kindly attach it as rent/lease agreement.

The company is already incorporated , the said property is taken on lease by partnership firm and deed is in the name of the partnership firm, there is a common partner and director in firm and company respectively.
