Change in registered address
An LLP was incorporated with its registered office in the city of Bangalore and now wishes to change the registered office address in the MCA portal as it has shifted from the previous place of work and has relocated to another place within the same city. What is the FORM and procedure for changing the registered office address.

form- 15 has to be filled with mca for change in registered office address of llp
If Registered office address is changed within the same city in LLP then LLP agreement need to be amended or only reolution is enough? whether new certificate of Incorporation will be issued?
u can give form-15 as an proof of changed registered office address of llp after filling it with mca.
No new COI will be issued, also LLP agreement is not to be amended.
