Hello, We have incorporated a Pvt Ltd company with wrong PIN code.
We need to change pin code only from 423107 to 413713 and remaining address is same as below
LONI KD-4, Tal - Rahata, Dist- Ahemadnagar, Maharashtra.
Is it comes under same local or outside of local?
is there need for EGM ?
