A private limited company appointed Ms. ABC as a Company Secretary in 2001 for which Form 32 was filed with ROC within time.
Now, Ms. ABC got married and wants to change her surname and address on the record of ROC & MCA as well.
As this is not a new appointment / resignation, we cannot file Form 32 for changing these particulars and filing of DIN-4 is also not an option as she is not a director.
Is there any particular procedure to change the particulars of Company secretary ?

Form 32 is not only for new appointments, but also change in perticulars.
MCA says, "Particulars of appointment of managing director, directors, manager and secretary and the changes among them or consent of candidate to act as a managing director or director or manager or secretary of a company and/ or undertaking to take and pay for qualification shares - Form 32".

Anybody can tell me how to chnage the particulars of any Company Secretary in the records kept with MCA as DIR-12 is only talking about appointmnet or cessation of company secretary not about the chnages in particulars.
Is there any prescribed from or any procedure for such chnage.
Please let me know about the same.
