What is the procedure to change the name, objects and address of an existing company? The resolution which has to be passed and attached with Form INC-1 should cover all the three aspects?

For change of name and object, form inc-1, form mgt-14 and form inc-24 shall be filed.
You just need to attach br of change of name with inc-1.
