Change in jurisdictional assessment officer (ao)

Dear Friends, my relative got a Notice u/s 245 and the old tax demand had to be cancelled by the jurisdictional AO. I checked the details of the jurisdictional AO from the Income Tax Website. However, when I went there, I was informed that there has been a major change in ward numbers/ jurisdictional AO's in Mumbai. Has anyone heard about this? How do I find the new AO now? Thanks.
