Change in income after efile
Today i filled it return online of my friend where i filled salary 246000 instead of 146000 but when i submit then message display your return in pending status and 5 option for verification display then i dont know what to do . please help me how to change salary and submit properly

And if this return in pending state then its filed or not
You have to send ITRV to Banglore or verify thru EVC else its pending. Now you can file revised return and then verify the revised return so this old return gets nullified.
How to verify by evc i dont have evc
1] Link his aadhar card to PAN .There may be a mobile number linked to aadhar
which your friend must have given at the time of registering for AADHar
2] For income less than 5 lakhs - mobile & email - OTP option you can give
One time Password [OTP} comes on ur friend's mobile & email. This is if mobile phone not registered with aadhar.
3 ] if your friend has a netbanking then log in to bank acc from efiling website.
For 146000 and 246000 there is no Income tax and refunds if any will be the same.
but it is always better to give correct figures of Salary. happy efiling
There is any problem if itr processed with 246000 instea of 1460000
