Change in exam centre

Hi friends...i want to know that can i change the exam centre from one zone to anothe zone i.e from mumbai to ajmer??

Iam asking this question because in the procedure of change in exam centre it is written that 'change in exam centre from one zone to another zone within the same city is not permitted. What does this mean ???

 

Please clearify.

In big metro cities, there are amny exams centers. So might be it means like within city u can't change.
U call helpline and get confirmed
