i have filled final exam form online & also despatch it to delhi. now i want to change exam centre, so what is the procedure for same.

ICAI does not have any such System or Procedure for Change of Centre once opted in your Form. Now you cannot change the Centre under any circumstances. Check & Read the Form & Instruction Booklet Carefully & you will see what I have said.
Such facility is available with CS & ICWA but not ICAI
