The Managing Director of a company was appointed for a period of 5 years. Before the completion of his term, the designation gets changed to Whole time Director. What all formalities to be complied with, in this case? Any other form to be filed in addition to Form 32 which will be filed for change in designation?
Simply pass a board resolution for appointment as WTD and file form 32 within 30 days of passing Board resolution.
