Change in Company Name in ROC

Please raise the bills in Current name of the company itself.

Also please mention old company name in Brackets below the new company as follows

(Formerly known as .......................)

From new name effective date , you have to issue invoices in New name. Below the name you can write/print in bracket
(Erstwhile ____________ )

have u issued any challans before the new name was changed ?
Only while applying you hv to submit application in fresh form.
The PAN NO. ,TAN NO. remains same.
So Mr. Acharya you must hv raised invoice or challans.
Continue with the new name ( erstwhile old name).

To inform the public at large the new name.
