In the event of death of assessee..what is to be done for changing assessee under Income Tax and GST Act.

Legal heir should his return, if the return not filed before assessee's dead
Under Income Tax Act, you can provide the details of the legal heir as representative assessed while filing ITR. Practically , it is not advisable to do this.
