Hi,
When I got PAN card, I was in Shillong and hence the website is citing my Shillong address. Now I am in Pune and want to change address with Pune Location.
Can I approach to the local Income Tax office to apply for the same and which form I should use for that purpose?

The Change in the PAN card can be done by applying the PAN with existing PAN Number.
while applying, the form contains the change required in the existing PAN you need to Tick on Address column.

Mr Yogesh has replied correctly.
Alternatively, as you will keep on roaming, file the income tax return at the place of your posting. This way your PAN will get fetched at place of your working - by income tax deptt. Whereever you go your PAN will follow.
In case you are well settled and there is no chance of immediate relocation - then do as Mr Yogesh has advised.
