Change in address of directors

Hi ,

For change in address of the Director DIN 4 is to be filed alomf with the required address proof.

Please refer to the DIN circular dt 4.03.2011 which has made filing of DIN forms online. Physical submissions are not required anymore

In DIN Form-4, I will have to tick on the change in address option. Do I have to fill all the details or only the changed address ?

yap permanent and present residntial...

and with that PAN card Copy and Licence copy or telephone bill or any other statement showing teh changed address wud dooo....
