Cgst made instead igst for tds deduction how to rectify

we are a govt authority , while buying cycles for distribution we have deducted TDS 2% (Interstate ) on the value Invoice raised , when challan time to deposit GST wrongly paid in CGST & IGST actuall is IGST 2% how to come out in this issue please suggest.
