WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CGST IGST SGST AND UTGST

When goods sold in same state then ÇGST & SGST will be paid.
While if supply made outside state then IGST will be paid.
While if supply made outside state then IGST will be paid.
IGST = SGST + CGST. 18% = 9% + 9%.
