I have filed GSTR-3B for last year Jan -18 by paying CGST and SGST instead of IGST.
but while were filing GSTR-1 we have filed correctly. i e we showed as IGST b2b.
now GST3B AND GSTR-1 not matching.
so what I need to do now
to rectify the above error.

You can try to receive a debit note from the party and issue a new bill to them
