As per my understanding under section 134 of CA 2013 the Report of BOD are also to be signed by CFO and CS where the company has one. This is applicable for all companies except OPC.
Am I correct.

134 (1) applicable to Financial Statement.
134 (6) applicable to BOD Report.
former to be signed by CFO,CS, later by CM.
