Can a single person be both CFO and CS to the same company?. If prohibited pls let me know the section.

A provision of the Act or these regulations requiring or authorising a thing to be done by or to a director and chief executive officer, manager, company secretary or chief financial officer shall not be satisfied by its being done by or to the same person acting both as director and as, or in place of, chief executive officer, manager, company secretary or chief financial officer.

subject: private limited company director expired.

my father was a founder director and director of a private limited company he was passed away 4 months ago so can i have rights to take place of my dad as the founder director and director the company..
needed ur help and advice and opinion..

you will become share holder through transmission of shares... and uh can appoint you're self as director using you're voting power.. directorship of a company a cannot be assigned... section 166
