no....if ur going 4 CFA ...just do that ......its more dan sufficient

Depends on where you see your career going forward. If you want to stay in Company Secretary related jobs, a better bet would doing Law rather than CFA.

If you want to focus on Finance then CFA may help but without a CA or a MBA Finance, I am not sure how much leverage a CFA could give you in getting a good finance job. Most of the CFAs I know in India are either CA or MBA (Finance) so they stand a better chance then CFA+CS for a finance job.
