Dear Rampcool, it totally depends upon ur interests. Basically, CFA Vs. CIMA = "Corporate Finance & Investments" Vs. "Management Accounting". As u are in CA Final, all you hav to do is to compare Costing with MAFA. If u like costing more, go for CIMA ; in case u like MAFA, go for CFA.
Regarding the timing of enrolment, those who are doing both, will b better equipped to comment on the same.

but u know i love costing but prob is both of d course r costly and i want best return for my investments, so which one will offer me best salary additions along with a CA degree????? thanks

then in case of optimum returns; do cpa from usa; for getting better salaries in mncs in middle east like uae,qatar,brunei or singapore,malaysia;
