mba is an academic degree and is certified and approved by aicte, while cfa (from icfai) is a professional degree, but not approved by aicte......if you are a student, its better to take mba, because initial employment always needs aicte approved courses.......but, if you are already working, and you need a higher degree for professional and career enhancement then do cfa.
comparatively cfa (usa) is globally recognised than cfa (icfai) and has more value internationally.....
