i purchase coal and pay cess . please tell me can i show cess in gst 3b or not..

Yes can declare under table 4(a)(5) column (5) Cess

Yes you have to show in 3b as well as Gstr1
so that it won't problem in annual return
while
sell cess adjust with cess only
so that it won't problem in annual return
