Cess on coal
Clean energy cess on coal @ 400 was exempted for local tribes of Meghalaya and Nagaland, now the Clean energy cess is replaced by Gst Compensation Cess on Coal @ 400. So the earlier exemption will now be available or not.

You have to pay Cess @ Rs. 400/- per metric ton.
