one of my client manufacturing Brick.
and he is using coal as raw material for burning Bricks plant.
problem is, my client paid cess at the time of using Coal as input and when he is selling brick than he is liable to collect output CGST/SGST & IGST.
so my question is how to claim input cess as ITC in GST against output CGST/SGST & IGST?
proviso to section 11(2) of the Cess Act,
No you cannot claim , it shall be included in your cost ultimately
