Can we adjusted output cess with Input of IGST

No. You cannot adjust output cess with Igst or cgst or sgst. 1. Igst - Can be adjusted with Igst only. 2. Cgst or sgst - Can be adjusted with cgst or sgst or igst 3. Cess - can be adjusted with cess only

Yes the output cess can only be adjusted or set-off against Input Cess only

nop u can't sett off with gst only output cess can set off
