Now swach bharat cess is levied. whether education cess and SHEC is applicable or not?

Education Cess (2% of S.Tax) and SHEC (1% of S.Tax) is not applicable now.
 
S.Tax @ 14% of taxable value and Swach Bharat Cess @ 0.5% of taxable value are applicable.
