CertIFRS and DipIFRS

Hi,

I am looking to do a course of IFRS. There are these 2 courses CertIFRS and DipIFRS

Does anybody know the difference between them. And can Indian CA's just register for them online, and study them online, or are there any requirements for document submissions etc?

As far as I could read certIFRS could be done by anyone, and was readily accessible for registration. Can anyone who has an idea or has done them help out please.
