Certified copies updating issue

Hi frns,

FYI.. I have made an appln for certified copy of a paper and the courier for it got deliverd by 23-Jan-11.

Am yet to find my name getting listed in the website.

On enquiry with delhi office ans was this " Pls talk in HINDI".

My question is, will it take this much time (almost 17days) to get updated into the system????

Iam sure i have complied with all the formalities reqd for the same.

Gimme ur sussges frnsss

Are u sure couriered the required document as it application received via courier will not be accepted........read the point 8 carefully

"8. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed “Application

seeking inspection/certified copies of evaluated answer books” and should be sent

by registered post or by speed post only and not by any private courier or ordinary

post, at the above address. Examinees are advised to retain a copy of the receipt

issued by the postal authorities while sending their application as evidence of having

despatched their application "

courier in the sense i meant the spped post....am sayin it delivered na...delivery can be checked easy onlt in Speed post dude....

In common parlance courier doesn't mean speed post.......it will always be taken as private courier........nd u said u have the proof that it delivered which will also be available in case of private courier.........now rather wasting time here u shud visit the noida or ITO office to get this resolved.
