I dont think the format attached above is the correct one.ICAI has a stipulated application format to apply for verification/request for certified copies.I applied as per ICAI format.I suggest you follow the ICAI format. (you may receive the copies even if you apply via RTI format.But I am not sure.)

So what exactly do you want to know?

I want to apply for certified copies. I want to see my answer sheets of accountancy n Cost FM,, 
Whether U hv applied now or anytime earlier..?

i applied in the past...not in the current attempt...

so wht ws ur result?
