Certification of efoms

We all know that certain MCA Eforms have to be certified by a CA, CS or CWA in practise. Can anyone tell me that which rule (Rule number and name of the rule) gives the authority for the same. If anyone have a copy of the rule, kindly do post it

Advance thanks

Security and authenticity of filing in electronic mode shall be provided through use of the digitalsignatures by the persons, specified under the Act and Rules made thereunder, to file the documents on behalf of the company. The provisions for use of digital signatures have already been made under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules notified by the Central Government vide Notification GSR 557 (E), dated 14th September, 2006. As, such, all filing made from 16th September. 2006 shall be required to be made with the use of digital signatures as provided for u nder various provisions of the IT Act.

Sir....Thanks for the prompt reply. But Companies (Electronic Filing and Authentication of Documents) Rules, 2006 doesn't say anything about certification of e-forms by CS, CA and CWA.

Can u give some clarity on that?

All such e-form are notified as per notification issued by MCA timt to time and for signing of Forms by such authorised person are also given in instruction kit attached with forms. it is sufficient  for the same.
