Whether Pre certification from Practicing Professional Required for For AOC-4 and Mgt-7 in respect of Small Companies or OPC ?

AOC 4 can be certified from PCA/PCS anyone whereas MGT7 should be certified by pcs only.

For Small Company or OPC not required

Yes it is not requried for Small Companies.
