Can an assesee being a trible person (income of trible exempt) can apply for certificate of non deduction of tax in case of lottery income

If your case falls under the abmit of section 10(26) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 you can apply for a certificate requesting the assessing officer to direct the person who pays the income not to deduct tax at source. Please refer section 10(26) of IT Act, 1961.
