Can nayone guide me in the following situation. Our COmpany was incorporated in 1996 as Pvt Co. Our Company was deemed to be public Co. u/s 43(1B) with effect from 2000 and consequent to amendment our Co ceased to be public co with effect from 2002. Then we converted ourselves from pvt co to public co in 2007. So can any one guide me was the Co required to obtain Certificate of Commencement of Business during the journey from 1996 to 2007.
