nice information i want to know why certificate is coomencement is not applicable to private limited company becuase of this advantage to private limited co, people make wrong use of that open private company just to do some entries means like to  generate money in the company..

means one private company is registered only to give loan to other company in which a person is already director WHT U SAY ABT THIS
