Certificate issued by the statutory auditor stating that the company is not carrying on any NBFC act
I am looking for the format as I have made a normal one but MCA rejected that. Please help

There is no formate for mca or to submit to roc however for rbi ther is formate called SAC statutory auditors certificate which states whether company is carring NBFC business or not. you can go to rbi site and see formate
